Come enjoy an hour of yoga with Chelsea on Wednesdays 9am-10am while the kiddos make art!
Chelsea has been practicing yoga & meditation for 20+ years, and brings the depth of her own experience as a mother, world traveler, yogini, and student of life to every class she leads. She knows the benefit yoga can bring to those enduring the daily grind, as she spent five years as a TV news reporter after graduating from Boston University. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Works in California in 2008, and has been teaching and studying yoga full time in Austin, TX ever since…except when she was teaching in Maui, Guatemala, California, or India, to name a few other places she’s lived and taught over the years. Chelsea strongly believes there is yoga for every BODY. Devoted to a life of service, she specializes in working with teenagers, refugees, prenatal & postnatal mothers, veterans, people with chronic pain/injuries, and people who think they can’t do yoga. Chelsea weaves her passion for humanitarian work, yoga, and travel into unique, heart-opening Service+Yoga+Adventure retreats. Check out her website to learn more about her offerings at: www.yogawithchelsea.com, or join her for a class!
